and print Fundraiser
Quick Order Form (.pdf) and choose from the following two options:
- Estimate sales and purchase books in advance to
sell on the spot.
- Take orders and collect funds for books before
purchasing. (Download and print Fundraiser Flyer and Sales Tracking
Form; make copies of each for your fundraiser sales force. Or Contact us to receive forms and flyers by
mail).
Step 4: Fill out
the one-page Fundraiser Quick Order Form and submit with payment.
